Rossmoor Camera Club meetings are generally held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, from September to the following April, with our end of year gala in May.
Pictures recognized by the judges in club competitions during the 2024 – 2025 season have been posted to the Competitions page.

May 13, 2025 RCC Annual Meeting and Banquet
The Rossmoor Camera Club’s Annual Meeting and End-of-Year Gala was held on May 13, 2025, in the Maryland Room in Clubhouse 1. The membership voted to return the current slate of Officers and Directors for another term.

May 28, 2025 – The Rossmoor Art Guild will be painting and drawing the scenes at the Leisure World Community Gardens on Wednesday, May 28th at 10:00 AM. The Community Gardens on are located behind PPD and the Medical Center on Pinard Road. Please do not park in the gardens. You may park at the medical center lot and walk.
June 10, 2025 – Blair will be visiting Brookside Gardens for flower and macro photography the morning of June 10th, probably 10:00 until about noon. Blair would welcome up to three additional photographers (that’s all his car will hold). He expects to be in the garden for about two hours. Bring you cell phone camera or regular camera, water, and a sun hat. 70% or more chance of rain (as predicted the day before) would cancel the event. If you would like to join Blair, please call him at 443-878-2784.
2025 - 2026
September 2025 – Open Subject: Competition open to all images. Post-processing allows for removal of distracting features, e.g., a limb of a tree or a passerby on the edge. However, no new image elements from another photo, e.g., clouds in the sky, can be added.
October 2025 – Public Interiors: Any indoor space intended for public use and/or enjoyment.
November 2025 – Montgomery County: Any image taken in Montgomery County.
December 2025 — Holiday Celebration Dinner.
January 2026 — Open Subject: Advanced techniques allowed, unrestrictive. Every image element must be from the submitting photographer.
February 2026 — Transportation: Image should depict movement of one or more people or things.
March 2026 — Street and Public Art: May include printings and/or sculptures as the main subject. The art must be in a public place, however, museum pieces are not included.
April 2026 — End of Year: Up to three images recognized by a judge in the 2025-26 competitions.
