Three minor changes are recommended to the RCC Bylaws.  An email was sent on March 19^th to explain the changes.  The RCC Board of Directors has approved the amendments to the Bylaws.  The text of that email is available in the link below.

Email voting on the amendments by the membership is open and will end three days prior to the next regular non-competitive club meeting (April 11). In lieu of voting by email, the members may vote at that meeting.  Club Members may not offer changes to the proposed amendments.  Please vote either

     Yes – approve the proposed changes, or

     no – do not approve the proposed changes and retain the current Bylaws.
